Job Description

  • You will be supporting customers who bookmtheir flight and hotel accomodation through the Expedia website.
  • You will be answering queries regarding flight bookings and hotel accomadations.
  • Irate custoemrs would call regarding flightncancelation and schedule change of their bookings.
  • You will be handling inbound technical queries about the product and their functions 
  • You will educate the customers about products, subscriptions, renewals, and new subscriptions 
  • This is a 24/7 support mostly evening and night shifts 
  • Five-day working with  Two days rotational off

Skill Required

    Good communication skills

    A team player

    One year of International Voice Experience
