Job Description

You will be supporting customers who bookmtheir flight and hotel accomodation through the Expedia website.
You will be answering queries regarding flight bookings and hotel accomadations.
Irate custoemrs would call regarding flightncancelation and schedule change of their bookings.
You will be handling inbound technical queries about the product and their functions
You will educate the customers about products, subscriptions, renewals, and new subscriptions
This is a 24/7 support mostly evening and night shifts
Five-day working with Two days rotational off

One year of International Voice Experience
