Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
Online Front-Ending
Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
Sales Pitch Flexibility: Should be adaptable and flexible in adjusting sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Pick up and drop cab service (as per client’s transportation service zone policy)
Meals at subsidized rate
Opportunities for professional growth and development
Location: Gurgaon (Cybercity)

Skill Required

- - - Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
    - Strong Logical reasoning and interpersonal skills
    - Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)
